Style
- A report should be neutral and factual.
- The style should be simple, neat, professional and straightforward
- In English the passive is used to provide an impersonal effect
- Do not write very long sentences
- Alternate longer and shorter sentences
- Information is backed by means of charts, graphics and tables
- Critical and analytical thinking are a must
- Take note of all your sources
- Provide references accurately
