Style
  • A report should be neutral and factual.
  • The style should be simple, neat, professional and straightforward
  • In English the passive is used to provide an impersonal effect
  • Do not write very long sentences
  • Alternate longer and shorter sentences
  • Information is backed by means of charts, graphics and tables
  • Critical and analytical thinking are a must
  • Take note of all your sources
  • Provide references accurately
