How much you tell your audience will depend, not only on how knowledgeable your audience is, but also on the time allotted to you. Trying to say a lot of things in a short time will end you (and your audience) up in a mess. It is better to use your time consistently.
Mention what is relevant and allow time for mini pauses between sections. This comfort time will help you relax and gather your thoughts, whereas your audience will have time to think about your point/s.
Remember to leave time for questions or clarification at the end , in case it is needed. This should also fit within the time you have been given.
It is always a good idea record yourself or ask someone to check for pace of delivery, relevance of information and times.
